Street Of Dreams 2022
Everyone at Secor Homes was thrilled to take part in the 2022 Street of Dreams Home Show. This project helped put us on the map as a top-quality custom home builder in the NW Oregon market. We were thrilled to take home a few awards at the end of everything as well!
Beachfront
Its most everyone's dream to be just steps from a sandy beach from their back porch. We made that dream a reality for this customer. The customer for this project approached us with a lot and a dream that we brought to a reality.
The A Frame
Located in Lyons, OR the original home that stood here before was lost in the 2020 wildfires that tore through the Santiam Canyon area. The original home built in the 70s was brought back to life with some modern touches where they were appropriate.
A.D.U.
ADU, short for Accessory Dwelling Unit makes a great addition to any larger lot looking to add some revenue. Most cities in Oregon allow for these up to 900 SQ FT homes to be built adding extra rental income to your property. People have also been known to build ADUs for aging family members.
The Floating deck
Between Pilings, steel I beams and giant concrete footings this deck took a great deal of planning and preparation. With 14 of the 24 feet of this deck floating above the above the Willamette riverbank in Salem, the nature views are endless.
